Xingshengda Technology Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of plastic wrapping films, specializing in PE stretch film and PVC cable wrap film. With years of production experience and a complete extrusion, slitting, and packaging line, we supply hand stretch film, machine stretch film, and narrow-width PVC film for customers across packaging, logistics, wire and cable, and hardware industries.

Our factory operates cast and blown film extrusion equipment and supports a wide range of specifications, including thickness from 17 to 30 microns, widths from 6cm to 750mm, and custom roll lengths and colors. We maintain stable raw material sourcing and strict process control to ensure consistent thickness, reliable cling, and dependable tensile and puncture performance in every batch.

Quality and compliance are built into every order. Our production follows ISO 9001 quality management, and products can be supplied with RoHS and REACH documentation as required. Each batch is inspected for thickness, width, tensile strength, elongation, and tack before shipment, and we support third-party testing when buyers need it.

History

Xingshengda Technology Co., Ltd started as a small extrusion workshop producing hand stretch film for local packaging distributors. In the early years, production focused on a limited range of thicknesses and widths, with most orders delivered to nearby warehouses and trading companies.

As demand for pallet wrapping grew, we added cast film extrusion lines and expanded into machine stretch film. This allowed us to serve larger manufacturers and distribution centers that needed consistent film feed and stable performance on automatic wrapping equipment.

A later expansion added narrow-width PVC cable wrap film production, opening a separate customer base in wire and cable manufacturing, harness processing, and hardware packaging. This product line now runs alongside our PE stretch film operations.

Over the years, we have continued to invest in extrusion equipment, slitting capacity, and batch inspection. Today we supply hand film, machine film, and PVC cable wrap film to buyers in multiple markets, with OEM and private-label service available.

As a manufacturer, we support custom specifications rather than fixed catalog items. Film thickness, width, roll length, core size, and color can all be produced to your requirements, whether you need standard 500mm hand film or narrow-width PVC film for cable bundling.

We offer OEM and private-label service, including custom printed cartons, labels, and roll packaging. Buyers can supply their own brand artwork, and we handle the packaging to match your market requirements. MOQ is negotiable, and mixed orders across hand film, machine film, and PVC cable wrap film are accepted.

Quality documentation is available with every order. Each batch is inspected for thickness, width, tensile strength, elongation, and tack, and we can supply RoHS and REACH documentation or support third-party testing when your market requires it.

Standard lead time is 15–30 days after order confirmation. We keep you updated on production progress and shipping schedules, and we work with your forwarder or arrange shipment as needed. Our Team

Our production team operates the extrusion, slitting, and rewinding lines, with experienced operators monitoring thickness, width, and roll tension throughout each shift. Their hands-on control is what keeps film quality consistent from batch to batch.

Our quality control staff inspect incoming resin, check film samples at defined intervals, and test tensile strength, elongation, puncture resistance, and tack before each batch is released. They also prepare the inspection records and compliance documents that accompany export orders.

Our sales and export team handles inquiries, specification matching, quotations, and order follow-up. They work directly with buyers to confirm thickness, width, roll length, core size, and packaging requirements before production begins, and they keep customers updated on production and shipping progress.

Our packaging and logistics team manages roll wrapping, carton labeling, palletizing, and shipment coordination. They make sure private-label artwork and packaging instructions are followed correctly and that each order is prepared for the buyer's forwarder or our arranged shipment.
