Warehouse Carton Wrapping

Warehouses and distribution centers often need to wrap individual cartons or small groups of boxes before storage or shipment — not full pallets. These cartons may be opened for inspection, repacked, or need protection from dust and moisture while sitting in the warehouse. Because the volume varies and the cartons are different sizes, operators need film that is quick to apply by hand and does not require a wrapping machine.

For this application, we recommend hand stretch film in 300–500mm widths with good cling and smooth unwind. Operators can wrap cartons in a few passes, securing box flaps, protecting labels, and keeping dust off the surface. Extended-core film is suitable for single-handed wrapping, and lighter thickness grades (17–20 microns) help control film cost when wrapping many individual boxes.

The result is faster carton handling, protected contents during storage, and a simple wrapping process that fits fluctuating warehouse volume without equipment investment.
