The blowing ratio and cooling rate in the blown film process can also affect the molecular orientation of the film, thereby altering its transverse and longitudinal mechanical properties. In practical applications, if the stretching performance of the film is insufficient, it is easy to break during the packaging process, resulting in machine shutdown and film replacement, which affects packaging efficiency. On the contrary, if the retraction force is too large, it may compress and deform the goods; If the retraction force is too small, it cannot provide sufficient fixing force. In addition, the weather resistance of the membrane is also a factor that needs to be considered, especially in high or low temperature environments where the viscosity and flexibility of the membrane may change, affecting the stability of long-term storage.
