Quality Control

Quality control starts with incoming raw materials. Each batch of LLDPE resin and PVC compound is checked against our specification before it enters production, and supplier certificates are kept on file for traceability.

During extrusion, operators monitor thickness, width, and roll tension at set intervals. Inline gauges measure film thickness continuously, and any deviation outside the tolerance range is flagged and corrected before the roll moves to the next stage.

After slitting and rewinding, finished rolls are sampled and tested for thickness, tensile strength, elongation, puncture resistance, and tack. Test results are recorded for each batch, and rolls that fail to meet the specification are held back rather than shipped.

For export orders, we prepare inspection records and can supply RoHS and REACH documentation as required. Third-party testing can be arranged when a buyer's market or customer requires independent verification.

Each finished order is checked against the confirmed specification before packing, including width, roll length, core size, color, and label artwork. This final check helps catch mismatches before the goods leave the factory.
