Product Description

PVC cable wrap film is a narrow-width PVC film designed for bundling and protecting electrical wires, cables, hoses, and other elongated or irregularly shaped products. Unlike PE pallet stretch film, this product uses static cling to generate self-adhesion without any adhesive coating, so it leaves no residue and causes no secondary contamination to the wrapped surface. It is commonly used in wire and cable manufacturing, harness processing, and hardware packaging operations.

The film is typically supplied in narrow widths ranging from 6cm to 20cm, with thickness around 20–30 microns, making it suitable for manual wrapping of cable coils, wire bundles, and small components. Its high transparency allows clear visibility of wire markings and colors underneath, while the electrostatic cling keeps the wrap securely in place during handling and transport.
