Our R&D work focuses on film formulation and process improvement rather than pure lab research. We test different LLDPE resin blends and co-extrusion structures to improve puncture resistance, cling stability, and pre-stretch performance, then verify the results on our own extrusion lines before offering them to customers.
For hand film and machine film, we run trials on thickness reduction and pre-stretch ratios. The goal is to help buyers lower film consumption per pallet without sacrificing load containment, which matters for high-volume packaging operations watching material cost.
For PVC cable wrap film, we work on static cling consistency and surface cleanliness. We adjust formulation and process parameters to keep the film clinging reliably to wire and cable surfaces without leaving residue, and we test different widths and thicknesses for harness and cable bundling applications.
We also develop custom specifications when a buyer's machine or application does not fit a standard product. This includes modified tack levels, UV-stabilized versions, colored film, and adjusted roll formats. Trial samples are produced and tested before a full order is confirmed.
