Product Description

Stretch wrap film packaging film is a storage packaging material based on polyethylene (PE), which is divided into two types: machine use and hand use. The color is mainly transparent and supports customization. Its thickness range is 12-50 microns, with a width covering 5cm-180cm. The stretch rate of the hand film can reach 200% -400%, and the machine film can reach 300% -500%. It is suitable for single piece or pallet packaging in multiple fields such as food and beverage, chemical raw materials, healthcare, agriculture, etc. The product is produced through the casting process and has the characteristics of high transparency, tear resistance, and good self adhesiveness. The breaking strength of the film for high-speed machines should be ≥ 35MPa, and for ordinary machines it should be ≥ 30MPa. Pre stretching technology can reduce the risk of packaging breakage.

The material adopts a low-temperature rapid shrinkage process and maintains ductility at -10 ℃. The improvement of nano toughening agent enhances its puncture resistance by 40%. The packaging cost is significantly different due to the difference in stretching ratio. The cost of pre stretched packaging is only 40% of that of manual packaging, and the film consumption is reduced by 12% compared to traditional processes
