Product Description

Stretch films mainly made of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) are mainly produced by casting method, while in the early days, blown film method was commonly used. The film produced by the casting method has the advantages of uniform thickness and high transparency, which can meet the process requirements of high-speed pre stretching. The product is produced through the casting process.

Co extrusion technology can significantly improve the strength, durability, and protective properties of films by combining polymer materials with different properties. Edge wrapping technology introduces polymers with higher melt strength on both sides of the film edge, which can stabilize the film edge, reduce necking phenomenon, and achieve high-speed and stable production of thinner film specifications. The material adopts a low-temperature rapid shrinkage process and maintains ductility at -10 ℃. The improvement of nano toughening agent enhances its puncture resistance by 40%
